We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you in order to provide you with the best possible service.

If we send you an e-mail in the future, we will give you the chance to refuse any further marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

If your party is seven days, or less, from when you book, you pay the full amount, when you make the reservation. If the party is more than seven days from reservation, then we will ask for a non –refundable deposit of £10 per hour, per lane, and the full balance, including any food requirements, must be paid at least seven days before the reservation.

Your £10 deposit is non - refundable. Give yourself enough time! You must check in at the control desk 15 minutes before your start time. If you arrive after your start time, then, at our discretion, your lanes may be allocated to other bowlers.

Full payment includes a non –refundable £10 per lane, per hour deposit. Cancellation 7 days or more before the event – full refund of monies paid. Cancellation 1-6 days before the event – refund of monies paid, less the deposit. Cancellation on the day or no show – no refund. Transfers to an alternative day are allowed providing 3 days or more notice is given.
